Series R1800 Heavy Duty Gravity Roller
Application area
R1800 series heavy duty gravity roller is suitable for unit goods handling such as transport of carboards, containers, barrels, tires or pallets. Suited for cost-efficient implementation of gravity or push conveyors. The roller has a large range diameter of pipe and shaft for transport of light, medium and heavy goods. Steel bearing housing for use in a very board temperature range from −30 to +80 °C.
High reliability
The precision ball bearing is secured in the steel pressed bearing housing. The bearing is tight and durable. Able to withstand greater axial forces than a plastic bearing unit.
Lateral loading
The bearing housing bearing is pressed into the tube and the tube ends are rounded, thereby allowing materials to be easily moved on from the side.
High load capacity
Full range diameter of roller tube and shaft, steel bearing housing ensure the roller is cable of being used in many arduous environment including pallet handling.
